The Heart of My Approach

Like many of my clients, I’ve known what it’s like to hold it all together on the outside, while feeling a quiet unraveling on the inside. To show up for everyone else, yet feel unsure of how to show up for yourself. Therapy changed that for me, not overnight, and not perfectly, but in small, steady ways that have helped me come home to myself again. That’s why I believe in this work so deeply. Because I know it’s not about “fixing” you, it’s about finding yourself. It’s about having a space where you don’t have to hold it all together, where you can exhale, reflect, and start to rebuild from a place of truth and compassion.


Speaking & Workshops

Alongside my therapy work, I‘ve spent over 16 years teaching and speaking on mental health, burnout recovery, bullying prevention, and emotional resilience in both professional and community settings My background also includes training law enforcement officers on emotional regulation, stress management, and wellness, work that deeply affected my belief in practical, human-centered approaches to growth and healing. On a Personal Note: I am a wife, mom of three, and keeper of three spirited dogs. I love making lattes (after finally figuring out how to use my espresso machine), planning meaningful travel, and curling up with books about women rediscovering joy and purpose. I believe that laughter is healing, and small shifts can create big changes. I also believe that real growth happens in balance, not in extremes. Healing doesn’t require perfection, it’s about steady, sustainable steps that honor where you are and finding practical, grounded ways that actually fit in your life.
